Going back to school is going to look different this year for all of our students and their families. And with so much uncertainty in our world, it is more important now than ever before to cover our children, from the wee little ones all the way to the ones who have flown from the nest. Let us remember that we serve a BIG God, who has BIG plans for us and His Church. While we can’t be certain of what lies ahead for our children, we can be certain that prayer changes things. God’s presence through the Holy Spirit can calm nerves, strengthen resolve, and give patience to love.

With this in mind, we are having a Day of Prayer for all students going back to school.  A new prayer will be posted each hour on the PUMC Facebook page. You are invited to pray the prayers as well as share any that might really touch your heart. Or, if you prefer, write your own prayer.
