The next UMW General Meeting will take place this upcoming Tuesday, April 2 at 10:30 AM in the Chapel. Our guest speaker will be Manolo Betancur, owner of Manolo’s Latin Bakery on Central Avenue. Manolo recently returned from his 3rd trip to Eastern Europe, specifically Poland and Ukraine, where he has been working to rebuild ovens and bakeries and deliver bread to war-torn communities. EVERYONE is welcome to join us for this interactive program, as Manolo and our own Brandon Dirks share the impact Manolo’s ministry has made, not only in Ukraine and Poland, but also on the many generous donors from the Charlotte community.
