SHOT #2 DATE: FRI MAY 14 / 1-3PM
Providence UMC is pleased to announce that we will be hosting a first shot Moderna vaccine event at the church on Friday, April 16 followed by the second vaccine shot on Friday, May 14, from 1-3pm. The location will be Wolfe Hall. Pre-registration is required (see below).
What else do you need to know?
+ The vaccine that is being administered is the Moderna vaccine. This vaccine may be administered to those 18 or over.
+ Please arrive on-time for your appointment. You will be directed by church volunteers as you arrive.
+ After you get your vaccine, you will be asked to wait from 15 to 30 minutes in a designated area.
There is no cost to receive the vaccine. The registration will ask for your insurance information but there is no cost to you. You DO NOT have to have insurance to get the vaccine.
This is a very important opportunity for many within the PUMC family, so we will provide updates as more information is made available.
