Volunteer Roles

PM Bus Driver | Pick up Neighbors from Roof Above between 4:30 PM & 5:30 PM. Must be certified to drive PUMC Bus B.

Dinner - Prepare & Serve | Prepare dinner for 14 Neighbors plus evening hosts. The menu is up to the dinner prep team. Plan to serve dinner no later than 6:00 PM.

Evening Hosts | Have dinner and spend the evening in fellowship with our Neighbors. Shift begins at 5:15 PM and ends at 9:00 PM (or when the Overnight Hosts arrive)

Overnight Hosts | Lights out at 10:00 PM and our Neighbors are asleep. You might be needed to get some pain medicine for a Neighbor, but mostly you can read, or enjoy a movie on your tablet, and then sleep. Shift begins 9:00 PM and ends at 6:15 AM.

Breakfast - Prepare & Serve | Arrive early to provide & serve breakfast, wake the Neighbors and remove linens. For Thursday AM, please fold up and store partition walls & beds. Shift begins at 5:30 AM and ends at 7:00 AM.

AM Bus Driver | Take Neighbors to Uptown Transportation Center (Roof Above by request only). Depart by 6:30 AM. Must be certified to drive PUMC Bus B.
