ATTIC SALE FOR MISSIONS - AUGUST 2024

Mark your calendar for the twelfth Attic Sale for Missions! This favorite church tradition will continue to raise money for the local and global missions of Providence United Methodist Church. Below are three ways you can get involved:

DONATE.

The church depends on our members, friends, and the community to donate items for the sale. All donations should be brought to the lower-level Mission Center. Check out the Donation Do’s and Don’ts page HERE for more information.

The donation period is Thursday, August 8 through Monday, August 19. The donation site will provide volunteer assistance during certain hours; those times will be announced once they become available.

VOLUNTEER.

Volunteers are needed in many capacities over the two-week period of August 8-24. Volunteers must be members of Providence UMC or must be individually sponsored by a member of Providence UMC. A volunteer signup page will be available soon. There will be opportunities for “every age and stage.” Volunteer opportunities will include:

• Set up shelving and directional signage

• Accept, organize, and price items

• Greet and direct shoppers

• Work as a cashier, bagger, or holding area attendant

• And more!

SHOP.

Come shop the sale and bring your friends and neighbors. The sale dates and times are: Friday, August 23 from 9-1 and Saturday, August 24 from 8-12
