Rev. John Fitsgerald Highlights POW

It is summer outside but let's think about our fall line-up.  POW (Providence on Wednesday) will begin on September 12.     Delores Jones, with her amazing culinary skills, will be turned loose in our kitchen to provide dinner each Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.  There will be programming during the year in accordance with the seasons (e.g., during October we will have a costume night and during November there will be a covered-dish Thanksgiving Dinner).  Each Wednesday we will have children’s choirs, handbell rehearsals, Bible studies, and small group opportunities.   There will be fun and fellowship for the whole family.  Go ahead and put it on your calendar!  Here is the weekly line-up:

    5:00—6:00  Children’s Handbell Choir
    5:00—6:00 Wesley Choir
    5:30—6:00  Cherub Choir B
    5:30—6:30  POW Dinner in Charter Hall
    6:30—7:30  Junior Choir
    6:30—7:30 Joy Community Meeting
    6:30—7:30  Pastor’s Bible Study
    6:30—7:30  Disciple Bible Studies
    6:30—7:30  Other small groups and meetings
    7:30—Room in the Inn – Family Promise
